Well there has been some really stupid moments in HA battles (have seen a few of them myself). So why not post a few on here so we all can have fun.

One of my funny but stupid moments was when i went into a RA group in HA and i was rebuilding my build to try out Dragonslash & Lion Comfort build out. Well they started the game when i only had Dragonslash, Lion Comfort and a rez on. Either the other teams sucked or my RA team was actually good but we managed to get 3 wins and i never died till that battle. Pretty funny really if you saw that. I was pissed off as i only could use 2 of the skills most of the time and a big empty build didnt help at all with damage.

A couple years ago I spent 2+ hours trying to form a balance, and the last thing we needed was a fire ele. We finally got one, pinged him a bar about 20 times, and he decided it would be "cool" to bring 6 empty skills, flare, and glyph of sacrifice.

This didn't happen to me, but a guildie was telling me last night about how his prot accidentally ALT-F4'd during a HoH match, because he was holding down ALT while trying to swap to his 4th weapon set. I've alt tabbed out of GW many times, but I don't think I've ALT-F4d. Why ANet hasn't disabled ALT-TAB at least, I'll never know.

I lagged out, froze in the Hall of Heroes and thought it was a good idea to press "N" to check my friends list and see who was on at the time I froze.

Well it just so happens that when I pressed the "N" key the reconnection box came up and accidentally chose "No" to reconnect.

Running mathway, (6 fire eles) we faced, consecutively: a CwD Spike (everyone ran in and died because of aoe) in UW, bloodspike in Fetid River (they tele spiked into 4 meteors and 2 rodgorts invocations, and RTL spike in Unholy Temples (again, everyone RTLed into a bunch of meteors and rodgorts invocations.

What was even more hilarious was that I was calling tactics and telling everyone to ball, everyone in my team didn't want to ^^

Killing all 3 teams in scarred earth when it was 1v1 in one room and 1v1 in another room. We eoe-bombed our own 1v1 and then went on to kill the third and fourth team by eoe-bombing outside the closed door, but they were in range and died.

I once ran 7 Sandstorm eles and 1 monk and we held halls for like 2 hours. We lost our caller after the first hold, and kept holding with an archer hench.

Sandstorm got nerfed the next day

While back during EoE bomb days, we faced what looked like an IWAY, except they started using Frenzy, I called EoE bomb on team chat and ran out of range to kill their priest, I killed the priest and the bomb went off I ran in and started the chain rez and we killed them before they could rez...

Well the stupid part was I was so jazzed about it and everyone thought I was pro. So a day or so later I saw what I thought was going to be EoE bomb again, and we all started running around like idiots got picked off one at a time, the other team said some hilarious stuff because they couldnt understand how we chose to run around brainlessly on the map.

Back on Kill Count, I for some dumb reason thought we were the red team (winning at that point with like 30 seconds left) so I put up a Fertile Season, I called it and everything, I thought I was pro, my team kept yelling in team chat "NOOOO" when it went up, I got cussed out hard and the team disbanded after the loss

Getting kicked out of un-ranked teams is also top on my list and happens more times than I would like to admit.

Agreeing to form and call for an r3+ half pug and remembering why I don't HA with people I don't know.

Lets see... Playing infuse for a r9+ pug, and getting kicked because I wouldn't show title but I tigered them.

Playing in a rangerspike and listening to them say they have no interrupts when the monks complain about getting shutdown.

Trying to infuse the wrong team. (I do this often)

I lol everytime I run ele ball and a blood spike tele's in. I heard shockwave beats health steal.

Other then that back in old tombs when factions first came out. running 8 rit/a with clamor of souls. (clamor did 120 dmg+ 120 dmg for each nearby ally or something like that) All 8 of us would tp one target and clamor and it would be insta aoe death. Best Match was against a blood spike on the old map where its 6 teams going 1v1 in one section 1v1 in another and 1v1 in yet another then the 3 teams that won can go thru the door that opens. Well 22 seconds into the match a bloodspike balled up to kill us we teled and wiped them ( this was before you saw what killed you from the dmg meter) and them going WTF just killed all of us. Then all 4 of the other teams going Wtf they were killed they diddnt resign then having people going what in the world is that.

Other moment. Entire team other then me took armor off to get a screenshot in halls and after it was off me going guys u know you can't put it back on and on vent having 7 people go Oh xxxx at the same time. (We won the next halls match with 7 people with no pants on and 6 with no tops on)

dc'ing in halls with a relic in my hand, when i reconnected somebody had killed me and we where ahead on relics, just in time for me to open the chest
